Challenge

Manual container tracking and gate operations were causing delays and errors. The port needed an automated system to track containers and streamline entry/exit.

Solution

We implemented an automated gate system with ANPR cameras, container tracking using RFID, and a central control system with HMI interfaces for operators.

Outcome

Container processing time reduced by 60%. Gate wait times decreased from 30 minutes to 5 minutes. Real-time container tracking improved inventory accuracy to 99.5%.
